When we arrived we quickly found out we went to the wrong location and were about 25 minutes from the correct location. The staff at the Ballentyne location quickly pivoted and were able to squeeze us in with only a five minute wait. I called the originally scheduled location and told them what happened and they were super friendly as well and canceled the appointment. When my son left he said that was probably one of, if not the, best haircut he's ever had. ”
